I have several oaid instances of Composer on several machines, but opted to download the free player on a new Laptop, as I thought I could simply edit a song and load it into player. I didn't think about assigning different sound sources. I have the default GM Soundset, but many times want to use the sounds in the keyboard instead. To my knowledge there is no choice of settings to assign a song to a Midi Adaptor to an alternate source.
